A physical meets spiritual workout, utilizing dance and movement with intention to activate your life force energy

I believe the physical and spiritual body are fully optimized when they operate as one. Divine Sweat was created to honor that oneness. The divinity we seek already lives within us — it is our human birthright to seek to remember and activate it every day as we walk our path.

DIVINE SWEAT — BEHIND THE NAME

2. sweat - to labor or exert oneself so as to cause perspiration

These words exemplify the beauty in polarity. When connecting with the divine, we think connection with above and out of body experiences. Meanwhile sweating is a very human, in body experience. It grounds us into our physical body and reminds us we are here to do the work, while embodying our divinity. Embracing the two together helps remove the veil of illusion that our divinity and humanity serve separate missions. When that oneness is activated, we ascend.

ABOUT DIVINE SWEAT

  • NO. Divine Sweat is all about dancing for healing, expression, and moving energy. No need to impress. Just express.

  • If you’re feeling nudged to try it, and you are a spirit in a body, this is for you! All spiritual paths, levels, and avenues are embraced. Love and acceptance of everyone’s journey is a core principle of Divine Sweat.

  • All fitness levels are welcome! You are free to modify moves so the workout can meet you were you’re at! The energetic workout is just as important as the physical workout. Don’t let one keep you from the other.

  • Like for any workout, wear comfortable, sweat-proof clothing in which you can MOVE. Tennis shoes are used for 75% of the activation, removed for the rest. A yoga mat and water bottle are also recommended, as well as item of special meaning for the altar (optional).
